To ignite a passionate, youth-led revival that empowers the next generation of believers to boldly live out their faith and spread the transformative love of Christ.
Dear Ignite the Faith Volunteer, we thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the opportunity to work with other believers to ignite a revival in our Coachella Valley. Our youth staff thanks you in advance for your service to the Lord and for the bountiful harvest He will provide on the day of our event. Detail Team Schedules and Info
Worship Band Schedule:
8:00 am - Sound Equipment Company Arrives at Palm Desert Amphitheater
10:00 am - Bands are at park with their equipment to hook up to sound system
11:30 am - Chick-fil-A served to early arrival staff
12:00 pm - Bands will have access to stage to "noodle" their instruments and mics
1:00 pm - All volunteers meet at stage for beginning prayer
1:05 pm - All volunteers move to their respective areas Prayer, Hospitality, Stage
1:05 pm - Sound check begins including run through of "Glorious Day" - Demo links below
1:30 pm - Park evangelism begins (or continues)
2:00 pm - Event begins with scripture reading on stage (all tents and volunteers up and running)
1st Hour Band = Pursuit
2nd Hour Band = Pursuit
3rd Hour Band = In His Service
4th Hour Band = Refresh
4:00 pm Pizza is served
5:00 pm Drawing prizes announced and distributed at Hospitality Tent
5:50 pm All bands on stage for Glorious Day (demo mp3 1)(demo mp3 2 - sorry for the popping)
6:00 pm Event Closes

​The band green room ​will be open and available after 11:30a and will serve as a quite place for the worship band members to pray and set their hearts prior to coming on stage to worship. The green room will be in the Hospitality and Welcome tent.

Scripture Readers and Those Sharing Testimony
Scripture readers, your scripture readings have been closely timed and the book linked below contains the time for each of the 10 scripture reading segments will a modest amount of buffer time.
Those that are reading scripture and those that are sharing testimonies, please ensure that you are on stage (stage right walk up area in the) 10 minutes before your time slots as contained in the schedule (on the blue X). The most current stage schedule is contained here (PDF).

8:00am Sound Equipment Company Arrives at Palm Desert Amphitheater, unload hospitality tent and supplies
8:30am Hospitality sign affixed to tent per drawing, Run power for light bulb array to tent from stage with extension cords, Set up Hospitality Table contents
10:00 am Donuts and Coffee Arrive, Bands are at park with their equipment to hook up to sound system
11:30am Chick-fil-A served, green room open for business
12pm Open tent for distribution of lanyards, wristbands and tickets
1:00 pm All volunteers meet at stage for beginning prayer
1:05 pm All volunteers move to their respective areas Prayer, Hospitality, Stage
1:05 pm Sound check begins including run through of "Glorious Day" - Demo links below
1:30pm Hospitality tent fully staffed and up and running, Green room up and running
2:00 pm Event begins with scripture reading on stage
3:15pm Pizza picked up from Dominoes
4:00pm Ready to serve pizza and waters
4:45pm Prize drawing tix are selected and info posted on drawing board
5:00pm Winning tix announced from stage, blue flashlights handed out in prayer tent (15), 10 in hospitality
6pm Tent tear down starts
6:40pm Staff refuse pick up
Pray
Please pray for the following:
That our Lord's will would be done between now and the event, at the event, and after the event.
That a bountiful harvest would result
That the event would glorify God.
That our worship on the day of the event would please the Lord.
That all those in attendance on the day of the event would have a hedge of protection placed around them by our Lord.
Partner
As Ignite the Faith Staff members we are here to serve and love one another as Jesus taught us in
Matthew 22:37-40.

Let us all love one another and be the salt and the light of the valley and to have love cover all on the day of the event.
Participate
During the event, all of us that are serving will have specific roles that have been given to us in service of our Lord.
On the day of the event, we will be worshiping the Lord and glorifying His holy name with all that we do.
