Over the past few months, Rainmaker Effect has expanded its efforts in the Coachella Valley working weekly with youth and young adults in a number of development areas including music!

They learn about how to start something that is important to them as well as learning how to engage and team with others to bring their ideas to life. They learn how to identify and crystalize their purpose, how to team with people and create synergy from other team members' diverse perspectives and purposes, how to use their combined purpose to guide them in the creation of a real-world product, and finally how to document and act on a well-defined plan to breathe life into their common team purpose.
